From summer 2023
A portion of the driving range is covered. It allows golfers to practice in any weather conditions. The Golf de La Rosière thanks the Auvergne Rhône Alpes Region and Grosset Janin, our partners on this project.

The driving range of the Golf de La Rosière permits to practice golf in the best conditions.
This training zone is in free access throughout the season thanks to a ball dispenser nearby (tokens are available for sale at the reception).
Located near the parking lot, the driving range of La Rosière offers 6 outdoor bays and 8 covered bays to warm up your stroke or perfect your skills before testing the 9-hole course.
With a length of 180 meters, the area also offers targets and distance indicators to allow you to have fun while practicing.
If you want to improve in all aspects of the game you will also find a putting green and an approach zone, next to the driving range.

Driving range rules & best practices
The Golf de La Rosière driving range is a quiet place to share with other golfers. For the safety of everyone, beginners and experts alike, certain rules must be observed:
- Children must be supervised by an adult, who is responsible for them.
- One person per golf mat
- Do not pass behind the golf mats
- Do not hit your balls over the net
- Do not pick up balls from the driving range
- Please stop playing if a greenkeeper is working on the range.
- Dress code: shirt and closed shoes.
- Alcohol consumption is forbidden on the driving range
Coins for the ball machine are available for purchase at the Pro-Shop. You can also hire golf clubs there. Feel free to explore the other practice areas at the Golf de La Rosière, which are freely accessible: the putting green and the approach area.
